APG Airlines (GP) is APG’s in-house airline, operating regular services under the airline code GP. Fully owned by APG, it provides a strong foundation of financial strength, operational reliability, and secure ticketing support for the global travel trade.
What is APG Airlines (GP-275)?
APG Airlines (GP-275) allows travel agents to issue a wider range of flights worldwide using the GP validating code, including markets and airline combinations that may not be ticketable under an airline’s own validating code.
This provides an efficient way to expand booking options, especially when:
- An airline is not available in a local BSP market
- There is no direct interline agreement between carriers
- Agents require greater flexibility for multi-sector itineraries
Key Benefits for Travel Agents
- Broaden your options: Issue flights for airlines not present in your local BSP
- Flexibility: Ticket mixed flight combinations even without existing interline agreements
- Enhanced coverage: Access a wide airline selection with trusted APG Network support
Why Choose APG Airlines (GP-275)?
- Wide choice of airlines and flight combinations
- Renowned global network with local support
- Coverage in case of airline bankruptcy
- Insurance against denied boarding
- Flexible refund and ADM policies
- Dedicated sales representatives in your market
APG Access (A1 / Z1)
In addition to GP-275, APG also supports airlines through codeshare solutions where flights can appear in the GDS under A1 / Z1 flight numbers.
This enables airlines that are not fully available in GDS to become ticketable worldwide, while travel agents can still issue tickets using the GP validating code.
APG Direct Connect
APG Direct Connect is APG’s distribution platform that supports airline retailing through modern connectivity, including NDC-compliant XML technology.
It helps airlines expand distribution into new markets and supports travel agents with access to air and non-air ancillaries through APG’s global network.
Our Airline Code
- Alpha Code: GP
- Accounting Code: 275
When issuing tickets under GP, use your GDS as usual and select GP as the validating carrier. If GP does not appear automatically, it can be selected manually based on your GDS ticketing instructions.
